Janurary '09 Topic

Due to how close the tournament using the December topic is, I've updated the forum to the January topic instead.

Resolved: That, by 2040, the federal government should mandate that all new passenger vehicles and light trucks sold in the United States be powered by alternative fuels.

If, by some freak chance, someone decides to post something about the December topic before the tournament, keep it to the subforum created for the December topic.
